About HAMPKON
A Design-Build Studio, Not a Contractor
HAMPKON is a full-service design-build studio based on Koh Samui, bringing architecture, interior design and construction together under a single roof. We were built specifically to close the gap that usually opens between the people who imagine a villa and the people who build it.
Every project we take on is carried by the same team from first sketch to final handover — which means craftsmanship and attention to detail aren't a line item negotiated in at the end. They're built into how we work from day one.
One Team, One Standard
Most villas pass through three separate companies before they're finished — an architect, a contractor, and whoever is left holding project management. Each handover is a chance for the original intent to be diluted, delayed, or simply lost in translation.
HAMPKON exists to remove those handovers. Our architects, designers and builders work from the same drawings, the same schedule and the same standard of finish — so decisions get made faster, conflicts are resolved before they reach the client, and the building that gets handed over is the one that was actually promised.
Five Partners. One Team.

HAMPKON was not built around one person's vision. It was built around five partners who had already spent years mastering their own corner of the business, and decided the work would hold up better done together than apart.
That foundation starts with Panom Sukkrajang, who leads construction and engineering — years spent on scaffolding and site before he took on responsibility for everything HAMPKON puts into the ground. His standard for what actually holds up under tropical conditions is the floor the rest of the company designs, sells and operates against.
Around him sit three more specialists, each accountable for a distinct part of the same villa. Pornteera Promjaroen, known as Nam, leads architecture and interior design as one continuous discipline rather than a building handed over to be decorated afterward. Kanya Aunjai, known as Aom, runs interior construction operations and project coordination — the last set of eyes on a finish before it's signed off. Onuma Rachasa, known as Noo, and Adrien Grob handle sales, legal matters, business development and marketing between them, each bringing close to fifteen years in hospitality, commercial business and real estate on Koh Samui to how clients are guided from first enquiry to handover.
No single name runs HAMPKON. It works as one team because each partner had already mastered their own discipline before the five came together — and because a villa designed, built, sold and managed by five specialists answering to each other will always outlast one passed between strangers.
An Island We Build For, Not Just On
Koh Samui is a generous climate and an unforgiving one in equal measure — monsoon drainage, salt air, and tropical light that moves through a room differently across a single day. Building well here means designing for all of it from the first concept sketch, not discovering it during construction.
Fifteen years of combined experience on the island — across its property market and its construction sites — means we already know which hillsides hold water, which materials age gracefully in this air, and which finishes a foreign owner can trust sight unseen. That knowledge never shows up on an invoice, but it shows up in the building twenty years from now.
Design | Build | Manage | Deliver
Four words, one continuous process. We design with construction already in mind, build exactly what was designed, manage the hundred daily decisions a villa demands, and deliver a finished home — not a finished structure with a punch list attached.
It's a simple sequence to describe and a difficult one to actually hold together. That difficulty is the entire reason HAMPKON exists as one team instead of three.
